Baby ETA is designed with your privacy as a core principle. We believe your birth data is personal and should remain completely private.

Data Collection

We collect ZERO personal data from the app.

• No account creation required
• No cloud sync or backups
• No analytics or tracking within the app
• No third-party SDKs or data sharing

Data Storage

All contraction data, predictions, and settings are stored locally on your device using iOS Keychain encryption. Your data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is encrypted at rest
• Can be deleted anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security
• Is not backed up to iCloud (unless you explicitly enable device backups)

Location Data

Hospital location is used only to calculate travel time for departure alerts. Location data:

• Is stored locally on your device
• Is never transmitted to our servers
• Can be cleared by changing or removing your hospital location

Apple Watch & Siri

Contraction data syncs between your iPhone and Apple Watch via secure local sync. Siri Shortcuts run entirely on-device. No data is sent to Apple or Baby ETA servers.

Website Analytics

This website (baby-eta.app) uses Google Analytics to understand visitor traffic. We collect:

• Page views and navigation patterns
• Device type and browser
• Geographic location (city-level only)

This website data is separate from the app and is never linked to any in-app activity.

Children's Privacy

Baby ETA is intended for use by adults (expectant parents and birth partners). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
